Racine County DA warns against purchase of CBD oil items, appropriate only under ‘very restricted circumstances’
RACINE COUNTY — The Racine County region lawyer is reminding stores and clients that services and products CBD that is containing oil simply be sold under “very limited circumstances,” beneath the guidance of a doctor.
In a news launch, Racine County DA Patricia Hanson said her workplace has gotten inquiries concerning the control and purchase of the products in Wisconsin, and she noted merchants at alcohol shops and convenience shops have begun attempting to sell CBD “Gummie bears” and CBD oil.
